A long list of abandoned checkouts does not tell you where to start. Marlee Recover turns that list into a focused recovery view designed to answer one question: What deserves my attention first?

How it works

  1. Analyze. Review qualifying abandoned-checkout information from Shopify.
  2. Prioritize. Organize opportunities using useful signals such as value and age.
  3. Review. Focus on the opportunities that deserve attention first.
  4. Observe. Recognize when a previously open checkout later completes without repeatedly counting it.

Recovery Companion

The current companion layer explains what to review first and why, using the merchant's configured thresholds and existing checkout state. It is deterministic and transparent rather than an opaque AI score.

What Marlee does not do

  • No automated recovery email or SMS.
  • No automatic discounts.
  • No customer outreach on the merchant's behalf.
  • No claim that every later purchase was caused by Marlee.

Privacy by design

The current recovery workflow does not need to persist customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, line-item details, message content, or checkout recovery URLs.
